Delete Your Account

UP App by daffo

You can delete your UP account and all associated data directly from the app.

Steps to delete your account

Open the UP app on your device
Log in to your account if you aren't already
Tap your profile icon and go to My Account
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion when prompted

What data is deleted

Permanently deleted immediately:

Your user profile and display name
Your logged sends and ratings
Your comments on routes
Routes you created
Your authentication credentials

Not affected:

Wall photos and detected holds (shared resources, not tied to individual accounts)

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have trouble deleting your account, contact us at dafffo@gmail.com.
